Helen joined Shea & Company in June 2025. Previously, Helen worked as an Investment Banking Associate at both Citizens Bank and Leerink Partners, where she focused on healthcare tech and biotech M&A transactions. Helen received her MBA and BS in Accounting and Finance from Boston College.
