Josh re-joined Shea & Company in November 2024 after previously spending 2018 – 2021 with the firm as an Analyst.
Prior to then, he was a Private Equity Associate at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe in the Technology group.
Josh graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.B.A. in Finance.
