Steph joined Shea & Company in December 2019.
Prior to joining Shea & Company, Steph worked at AGC Partners, a global boutique investment bank where she focused on technology M&A and debt financing transactions.
Steph graduated with honors from Trinity College with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Models and Data.
